Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days (Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM) | On-Site | 37.5 Guaranteed Hours per Week

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation setting, with approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient caseload
• Evaluate and treat a predominantly adult outpatient orthopedic population, including patients presenting with back, neck, and shoulder pain
• Deliver post-operative rehabilitation for patients following joint replacement surgeries
• Maintain strict 1:1 patient ratios throughout all treatment sessions
• Participate in weekend call rotation on a 1:4 schedule
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

• Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Kentucky)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Demonstrated experience treating general outpatient orthopedic conditions including back, neck, and shoulder pain
• Experience with joint replacement rehabilitation

• Experience with general medical inpatient populations
• Familiarity with post-surgical joint replacement care in an inpatient setting
• Outgoing, team-oriented personality with strong interpersonal communication skills

• Work at a Joint Commission accredited, acute care facility that has been nationally recognized among the top hospitals in the country multiple times
