Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient rehabilitation goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Current, active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of New Hampshire
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required on-site at all times
- Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
