Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as expected within the clinic's scheduling model
- Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and functional goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Alabama or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to meet productivity expectations in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- First-time travelers and new graduates are welcome to apply
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with high-volume, productivity-driven clinic environments
- Experience with double-booking scheduling models
