Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients across assigned care settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain valid state licensure and comply with all facility credentialing requirements
• Wear a facility-issued photo badge and present valid state or federal issued identification upon arrival

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to fulfill a 19-week contract commitment
• 35-hour weekly guarantee availability, with flexibility across all days of the week (Sunday through Saturday)
• Must provide valid state or federal issued photo identification upon start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a contract or travel therapy capacity
• Ability to adapt quickly to new care environments and patient populations
• Strong documentation and communication skills
