Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active North Carolina state license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document patient progress in accordance with state and facility policies.
