Travel Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 12-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and injury prevention
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Tennessee
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical physical therapy experience
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts as scheduled
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel therapy experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
