Key Responsibilities- Manage an outpatient caseload of approximately 50 visits per week across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
- Conduct one-hour, one-on-one evaluations with approximately 10 evaluations per week
- Provide treatment for a broad range of orthopedic and geriatric conditions including total joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, disc herniations, ACL tears, and more
- Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by an AI-assisted documentation scribe
- Collaborate with onsite support staff including a PTA and Patient Experience Coordinator
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
- New graduates will not be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience treating orthopedic and geriatric patient populations
- Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic documentation systems
- Experience with post-operative care including joint replacements and rotator cuff repairs
