    Key Responsibilities
    • Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction.
    • Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities.
    • Complete thorough medical record documentation in a clear, concise, and timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines.
    • Ensure all care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approvals as required for patient care.
    • Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs by providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations as assigned.
    • Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all applicable regulatory requirements; actively pursue professional development through continuing education and professional organizations.
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of Oklahoma.
    • Completion of all state-mandated continuing education requirements.
    • Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
    • Knowledge of and adherence to discipline-specific professional codes of conduct and ethical standards.
    • Competency in safe patient handling and compliance with applicable safety policies and procedures.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
    • Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and quality of care initiatives.
    • Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapy students in a clinical environment.
