Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, No Call | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using required charting systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Float to other units or locations as needed based on facility demands
Required Qualifications- Active Virginia Physical Therapy license (must be in hand at time of submittal) or valid compact license with proof provided
- Minimum one year of specialty experience within the past year
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- One supervisory reference required at time of submittal
- Social Security Number required at time of submittal
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
