Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite | No Weekends | No On-Call | No Floating

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Deliver neurologic or inpatient rehabilitation-focused therapy on a 21-bed unit
• Document patient care and progress using EPIC electronic health records
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor and report patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as clinically indicated

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license required at time of submission
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Pennsylvania Fingerprinting (Childline) clearance required
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Ability to complete a clinical pass/fail exam as part of the clearance process

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred
• Background in neurologic or inpatient rehabilitation settings strongly preferred
