Schedule / Job TypeContract (13 Weeks) | Days | Monday through Friday | Onsite | 30 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New York
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in an outpatient, inpatient, or skilled nursing facility setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
