Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
- Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to meet facility badging and identification requirements at all times
- Minimum of 35 hours per week availability, Monday through Friday
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
- Experience working in a contract or registry staffing capacity
