Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function
Monitor/document patient progress
Educate patients, families, and caregivers
Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
Requirements
Active California PT license (or ability to obtain)
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Prior rehab or clinical experience preferred
