Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab (Travel Contract)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Days | Onsite | 32+ Hours per Week Guaranteed | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | No Call Requirements | No Weekend Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy services including evaluations and re-evaluations at a 1:1 patient ratio
- Treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic conditions (total joints, rotator cuff, joint pain), neurological conditions (TBI, stroke), and chronic pain (low back and cervical)
- Utilize standard outpatient therapy equipment, fitness center resources, and an aquatic therapy pool
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the Meditech EHR system
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with evidence-based practice and facility protocols
Required Qualifications- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program
- Valid Ohio Physical Therapist license (or eligibility through a Compact eligible state)
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience; new graduates will not be considered
- Ability to work independently in an outpatient clinical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
- Experience treating orthopedic and neurological patient populations
- Familiarity with Meditech or similar EHR platforms
