Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with movement dysfunctions, pain, and functional limitations due to injury, illness, or disability
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based techniques
• Work to restore patient function, manage pain, and improve overall quality of life
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress and goal attainment within a long-term care setting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience (required)
• Active Texas PT license or valid compact state license recognized in Texas (required)
• Ability to work within a long-term care (LTC) environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility setting
• Experience creating and executing individualized, goal-oriented care plans
