Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, may include weekend shifts
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients on an inpatient acute rehabilitation unit with a 5:1 therapy-to-patient ratio
- Deliver patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team including OT, SLP, RN, LPN, and PCT staff
- Document patient care and progress using the Expanse documentation system
- Maintain strong patient experience standards through effective communication, customer service, and rounding practices
- Float to medical-surgical unit as needed based on inpatient rehab census
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license valid in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Inpatient care experience required; mentorship available for the right candidate
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working with neurological patient populations
- Familiarity with acute rehabilitation unit workflows and interdisciplinary care models
- Experience with the Expanse electronic documentation system
