Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a caseload of approximately 14–16 patients per day
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in an outpatient setting
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California or eligibility to obtain one
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume patient caseload efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interaction
