Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized patient treatment programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
• Monitor and report patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (Compact License accepted for WA and AK)
• Prior experience in the relevant outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to complete required credentialing documentation prior to assignment start
• Commitment to a 13–26 week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working as a travel physical therapist
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation environments
