Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with established care standards and clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required; permanent state licensure required (compact licensure alone is not sufficient long-term)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Relevant experience in an outpatient or similar clinical setting
• Ability to fulfill a 20 to 26-week contract commitment
• Must meet all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
