Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | 20–26 week commitment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and report patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to fulfill a 20–26 week contract commitment
- Willingness to complete any required credentialing documentation prior to assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
