Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting, seeing approximately 12–14 patients per day
- Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 patient visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and adhere to approved scheduling and overtime guidelines
- Float to other clinic locations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Tennessee
- Ability to meet productivity and patient volume expectations in an outpatient environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced clinic environment
