Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general patient population ranging from high school age to retirement age, including post-operative cases
Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
Deliver evidence-based evaluation and treatment for a variety of general outpatient diagnoses
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Kentucky (or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist (new graduates will not be considered)
Previous travel therapy experience required (first-time travelers will not be considered)
