Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general patient population ranging from high school age to retirement age, including post-operative cases
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
• Deliver evidence-based evaluation and treatment for a variety of general outpatient diagnoses
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Kentucky (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist (new graduates will not be considered)
• Previous travel therapy experience required (first-time travelers will not be considered)

• Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with post-operative rehabilitation protocols across a broad age range
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, productivity-driven outpatient environment

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours in a consistent outpatient setting
• Work with a diverse patient population in a structured and supportive clinic environment
