Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | 5 x 8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver direct patient care in a rehabilitation hospital setting
• Monitor and document patient progress toward functional goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient treatment
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arkansas or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience working in a rehabilitation or acute care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital environment
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary team-based care models
