Contract | Days | Onsite | Outpatient | 36–40 hours per week with a 36-hour weekly guarantee | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible start/end times available for a 36-hour workweek)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations in 1-hour sessions within an outpatient setting
• Deliver individualized daily treatment sessions of approximately 45 minutes
• Treat a diverse patient population with a primary focus on orthopedic, sports, and work-related injuries
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and a speech therapist
• Receive and manage referrals from orthopedic surgeons, family practice providers, and acute care teams

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Montana)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work in an outpatient clinical setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy clinical experience
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
• Background in orthopedic, sports, or work-related injury rehabilitation
