Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
- Expected to see approximately 12–14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Participate in double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic workflow
- Deliver evidence-based treatment plans and progress documentation in accordance with clinical standards
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient outcomes within an outpatient setting
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Louisiana or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Must have prior travel or multi-site clinical experience — first-time travelers are not eligible for this role
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist; PTAs will not be considered
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; new graduates are not eligible for this role
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
- Orthopedic experience or specialization
- Comfort working in a high-volume, productivity-driven clinical environment
