Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8s, 40 hours per week

• Evaluate and treat a caseload of 55–65 visits per week, managing 11–13 patients per day across orthopedic and general outpatient cases
• Conduct 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits for adult and adolescent patient populations
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions for a wide range of orthopedic conditions including post-operative care, joint replacements, spine pathologies, and soft tissue injuries
• Utilize AI-assisted documentation technology alongside NextGen EMR to complete compliant clinical documentation in real time
• Collaborate with on-site physical therapy technicians and front office staff to support efficient patient care delivery
• Maintain flexibility within clinic operating hours, including early morning and early evening shifts across the weekly schedule

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience; new graduates will not be considered
• Proficiency in treating orthopedic conditions across adult and adolescent populations
• Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient caseload in a structured clinic environment

• Experience with outpatient orthopedic conditions such as ACL tears, rotator cuff repair, total joint replacement, and spinal pathologies
• Familiarity with NextGen EMR or similar electronic medical record systems
• Comfort working in a fast-paced clinic environment with overlapping patient scheduling

• Clinicians are supported by purpose-built AI documentation technology, reducing administrative burden and allowing greater focus on patient care
• Full administrative and technical support on-site, including a dedicated front office manager and multiple therapy technicians, with a temp-to-perm opportunity open for discussion
