Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across two facility locations in the Towson and Sykesville, MD area
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits and rehabilitation goals
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Document patient progress, treatment notes, and discharge planning in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maryland
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work across multiple facility locations as part of a split assignment
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Comfort working in a float or multi-site capacity
