Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel Contract

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible)
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services within an acute rehabilitation unit in an inpatient hospital setting
- Evaluate and treat patients to restore function, improve mobility, and support recovery goals
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Maintain compliance with all state and facility requirements, including Pennsylvania clearance and fingerprinting mandates
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
- Completion of Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance prior to start
- Completion of Department of Human Services fingerprinting and PA State Police (PATCH) clearance prior to start
- FBI Department of Aging fingerprinting completed within the last two years (or willingness to complete prior to start)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient hospital setting
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania state compliance and clearance processes for healthcare workers
