Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits for an active outpatient orthopedic caseload
• Manage 12–13 patient visits per day with an active caseload of 25–30 patients
• Treat a diverse patient population including adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients across a wide range of orthopedic conditions
• Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation technology
• Collaborate with an experienced PT and two PTAs within a team-based clinic environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Arizona
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating a broad range of orthopedic conditions including post-operative care, spine, upper and lower extremity pathologies, and total joint replacement
• Familiarity with the NextGen electronic documentation system
• Experience working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
