Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | 5x8 shifts with variable start times between 7am–5pm; weekend rotation every 5–7 weeks for inpatient coverage required; no on-call
Key Responsibilities- Plan and conduct segments of physical therapy treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
- Meet department objectives while delivering patient-centered care
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services with periodic coverage of inpatient duties on a rotating weekend schedule
Required Qualifications- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required for those who obtained licensure on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
- Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Women's health experience and/or certification, or actively working toward PRPC or WCS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- 3–5 years of Physical Therapy experience
- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
