Contract | Travel | Days | 13 Weeks | Full-Time (32–40 hours per week) | Onsite | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Projected Start: August 4, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services in a community-based outpatient setting across a range of diagnoses
• Deliver care to patients across all age groups, including pediatric patients for clinicians with demonstrated competency in that population
• Utilize electronic health records (Cerner) to document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, family members, and colleagues to support continuity of care
• May be required to cover multiple outpatient locations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist State License
• Ability to work day shifts with no weekend or on-call requirements
• Proficiency or ability to learn Cerner EHR system
• New graduates are welcome to apply; experience is preferred but not required
• Compliance with facility dress code: business casual or solid-color scrubs, closed-toe shoes, natural nail tips under ¼ inch, no gel or artificial nails, natural hair colors only, and coverage of any non-compliant visible tattoos or body art during work hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
• Experience working with pediatric patient populations
• Familiarity with community-based outpatient practice and a broad range of diagnoses
