Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: 7/6/2026
Available Shifts: 8 D
PT- Inpatient Rehab needed asap
REQUIRED SKILLS: To organize and conduct medically prescribed treatment programs for adult and pediatric patients to help restore function and prevent disability according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.
Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Current BLS
Required Qualifications Physical Therapist, Home Health PT-MA Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history
