Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitative interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work day shift hours in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in outpatient rehabilitation or sports therapy settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
- Experience treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries
