Key Responsibilities- Conduct one-hour evaluations for general outpatient orthopedic patients
- Manage a caseload targeting 48–50 patient visits per week with a productivity standard of greater than 4.2 QCU per visit
- Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including adults, geriatrics, young adults, orthopedic, neurological, sports medicine, and post-operative cases
- Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation tools
- Collaborate with rehab aides, patient experience coordinators, and full-time PT staff to deliver quality patient care
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the state of North Carolina
- Ability to meet productivity and documentation standards in an outpatient clinic setting
- Experience or clinical training in general outpatient orthopedics
Preferred Experience / Skills- New graduates are welcome to apply; 1+ years of outpatient experience is a plus
- Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic medical record systems
- Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, sports medicine, or post-operative patient populations
