Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient therapy setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
- Track patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and the clinical team
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to a patient-focused approach and promoting functional recovery
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior outpatient therapy experience
- Experience treating orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, balance, mobility, or general rehabilitation cases
