Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services, treating up to 13 patients per day in 45-minute appointments
• Evaluate and treat patients with diagnoses including spine-related conditions, shoulder pain, hip and knee pain, and balance/fall risk
• Perform inpatient rounding and conduct discharge planning for hip and knee replacement patients
• Float between two clinic locations as needed
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
• Clock in and out at the facility for all scheduled shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) state license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with hip and knee replacement rehabilitation
• Inpatient physical therapy experience, including discharge planning
• Proficiency or ability to work with Cerner EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating spine-related conditions and balance/fall risk populations
• Familiarity with both outpatient and inpatient therapy settings
• Comfort working in a business casual environment with flexibility for inpatient scrub wear
