Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in alignment with established clinical protocols
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license required
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
- Must obtain a permanent state license; compact licensure alone is not sufficient for long-term assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with documentation systems used in outpatient therapy settings
