    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Expected 40 hours/week; schedule varies with 2 evenings required until 7:00 PM

    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
    • Maintain clear, concise, and timely medical record documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
    • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities
    • Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs by providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations
    • Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all applicable regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill continuing education requirements
    • Actively engage in professional development and contribute to organizational performance improvement initiatives
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
    • Ability to complete clinical documentation accurately and in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines
    • Commitment to patient and employee safety standards and safe patient handling practices
    • Ability to work a variable schedule including 2 evening shifts per week until 7:00 PM
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience or clinical coursework in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
    • Familiarity with functional quality indicators, length-of-stay goal planning, and insurance authorization processes
    • Involvement in professional organizations or continuing education beyond minimum state requirements
