Job Details
Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid state-specific Physical Therapist license, Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy, at least 1 year of experience, and location requirements as applicable.
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities include evaluating patient condition, developing treatment plans, implementing therapy interventions, and documenting progress.
Additional Information: This position does not require float rotation.
