Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility/LTC setting requiring at least 1 year of SNF/LTC experience.

Details

• Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting
• Day shift, 5x8 hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• No floating between unlike units required
• Uses Net Solutions and PointClickCare charting systems

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Skilled Nursing Facility and/or Long-Term Care experience required
• BLS certification required
• Compact state license must be in hand at time of submission (license required if applicable)
• PointClickCare charting experience required
• Must have own transportation
• Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster required

Additional Information

• Black scrubs required as facility attire
• Free parking available with IRS standard mileage reimbursement
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius at the same pay rate
• First-time travelers are not accepted for this position
• Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 3-month waiting period, provided they are not within 50 miles of the facility
• Candidates must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities near the contracted location
