Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in a rehabilitation setting. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with mobility, strength, and functional impairments to improve independence and overall physical function.
The PT will develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and strength
Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress
Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation teams
Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation programs
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
