Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care in a therapy setting. The therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs designed to improve patient mobility, function, strength, and overall quality of life.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams while managing a diverse caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current CPR/BLS certification (if required by facility)
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload
• Previous rehabilitation or outpatient therapy experience preferred
