Therapists may have the opportunity to collaborate across outpatient, inpatient, and post-acute rehabilitation settings, creating a dynamic and engaging work environment. Lower patient volumes compared to larger hospital systems can allow for more personalized patient interactions and a greater focus on quality care outcomes. You'll work alongside an interdisciplinary team committed to helping patients improve mobility, regain independence, and achieve their functional goals.
