Job Details:

- Special Requirements: Previous home care experience, strong critical thinking skills, assessment capabilities, effective communication, and collaboration with physical therapists. Organizational skills, efficiency, time management, and flexibility are essential.
- License Information: Illinois license in hand required at time of submittal; Missouri license acceptable if matching permanent residence (no license issued if tied to another state).
- Radius/Local Rules: No local candidates within a 75-mile radius; travel candidates must be willing to cover a territory with a mileage radius of 40-80 miles.
- Additional Notes: All travelers will float within the service line. No RTO (Reserved Time Off) can be requested after submission, prior to or after the contract start date.
