**HOME HEALTH EXP. PREFERRED, WILL CONSIDER ALL PTA EXP.
Shift: Mon-Fri 0830-1700
BLS REQ: (Y/N) : Yes
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No; 75 MILES
Pending State License accepted: (Y/N) Yes; Must obtain prior to starting. SC PTA license required.
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included on the initial submission. RTO requested after the fact will not be considered.
Guaranteed Hours: Based on hours signed
Special Requirements: Must have Home Health experience
*SRHS does have an attendance policy for travelers. If more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without reasonable explanation subject to SRHS discretion, contract will be reviewed for cancellation.*
