Job Details

• Position Description: Providing physical therapy assistance in a home health environment, treating 5-6 patients daily, with a typical workweek of 40 hours. The role involves working in the greater Sacramento county area, supporting diverse patient needs.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (AHA); minimum of 2 years of experience; licensed to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant; ability to work in the specified location; possession of a valid drivers license.
• Schedule: 8-hour days, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates may be considered who are new graduates in extreme cases; new graduates will be considered primarily for entry-level support. Candidates must have a clean professional record and provide copies of their drivers license at submission for validation. Mileage will be reimbursed at the GSA rate with prior approval.
• Submission Requirements: Submissions must include two professional references from modality submitting to (charge accepted), one within the past 12 months and another within the past 3 years; candidates must provide a copy of their drivers license at the time of submission.
