Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Kansas PTA license or active State license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Experience with restorative nursing programs, falls prevention protocols, and transfers/ambulation techniques preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow care plans and document patient progress in electronic medical records preferred.
