Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Massachusetts PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Experience with mobility training, transfers, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
  • Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist and document patient progress.
