Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Oregon PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings preferred.
  • Ability to follow care plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist and document interventions in electronic medical records.
