Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active New Mexico PTA State License required to start the assignment.
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) environments preferred; SNF clinical experience required for new graduates.
  • Familiarity with Net Health / Rehab Optima documentation systems preferred.
  • Ability to meet productivity expectations typical for long-term care settings (client notes indicate ~90% productivity expectation).
  • Must be able to provide a resume for credentialing and possible COVID exemption considerations.
